There are three Quickbooks workshops planned. 
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.
Only Advanced remains.

QuickBooks Basic was presented by Beth Newman on August 30th.
Jean (Beth) Newman is President and CEO of a Tax and Accounting Services business with over 28 years of experience in tax preparation, domestic and foreign bookkeeping and accounting. She is an active community volunteer serving with Rotary International, Northeast Business Alliance, Veterans Business Resource Center among others, and has been a SCORE mentor and volunteer for over 10 years. Ms. Newman can provide advice and counsel on tax preparation and filing, accounting, payroll and sales taxes, and bookkeeping to individuals, business owners, and non-profits.

QuickBooks Workshop Advanced- third workshop Thursday, September 20th, 9AM - 1PM at Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce 10 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, TX 79901

Description: This workshop is designed to demonstrate some of the Quick books payroll features. You will learn more about payroll setup. You will practice paying payroll taxes. This Advance Level includes to learn how to create job estimates, how to duplicate an existing estimate, to create an invoice from an estimate. Do you need to track inventory? You will get an overview of inventory in Quick Books.

*Turning on the inventory feature. Entering products into inventory
*Ordering Products. Creating Purchase Orders
*Receiving Inventory
*Setting up for payroll
*Setting up employee payroll information
*Writing a paycheck
*Tracking your Tax Liabilities
*Paying payroll taxes
*Creating Jobs and Estimates. Writing an estimate.
*Displaying reports for estimates
